ROB ARIGO - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Robert (Rob) M. Arigo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of LuxUrban Hotels Inc. Rob joined LuxUrban in March 2024 as Chief Operating Officer and quickly distinguished himself with his thoughtful and skilled leadership. With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has held significant positions at renowned brands such as M&R Hotel Management, Hersha Hospitality Management (HHM), and Marriott.
At M&R Hotel Management, Rob served as Vice President, leading hospitality development, turnaround, and management services for a diverse portfolio of hotels across the United States. As Senior Director of Operations at HHM, he oversaw operations for over 240 properties, including luxury and lifestyle hotels. His role as Chief Operating Officer at Widewaters Hotels saw him driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Rob’s leadership has been recognized with awards like “Hotel Region of the Year,” “Financial Leadership Award,” “Hotel of the Year,” and “Award of Excellence.” Committed to enhancing guest and owner experiences, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success to LuxUrban, where he aims to drive the company’s growth and performance to new heights.

MIKE JAMES – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Michael (Mike) James is the Chief Financial Officer of LuxUrban Hotels Inc., effective June 4, 2024. With over 40 years of financial and operational expertise, Mike brings a wealth of experience to his role. BEfore becoming CFO, Mike served as LuxUrban’s Senior Vice President and Controller, ensuring a smooth transition to his new position.
Mike has an extensive background across various industries. He previously served as CFO for Edible Garden AG and held executive roles at Guided Therapeutics, Inc., Blum Holdings, Inergetics, Inc., and Nestor Inc. His experience also includes involvement with private investment firms like Kuekenhof Capital Management, LLC, and Moore Capital Management, Inc.
KARL ROTHMAN – CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER
| Mr. Rothman joined LuxUrban Hotels initially as the acting Chief Financial Officer in 2021 when it was still known as CorpHousing Group. He transitioned into his current role when the company went public. He brings extensive financial experience in a variety of industries including health care, real estate, and legal services. As a consultant, Mr. Rothman performed Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and provided tax, project management, and outsourced accounting services for small & growing businesses. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Virginia. |
